One of the biggest problems that this nation is facing is teenagers and even girls who are being made victims of sexual abuse. In February 2008 we opened a home* for teenagers that are pregnant or that have babies who are product of sexual abuse.  

We receive these girls and take care of them during their pregnancy, finding specialized medical care for them since they are considered high risk pregnancies. Once they give birth to their babies, we encourage them to care for them, through lots of love, support and help. Some of them choose to stay and be mothers for their babies; some of them run away, leaving their babies behind.  

It has been through God’s infinite grace that we have beautiful success stories from young teenage moms who are still with us, caring for their babies, going to night school, and growing in their knowledge of Who Jesus is and what He did for them and their babies.  

*During a restoration period of their house during March-June 2011 in which we changed the roof, the Lord spoke to us about using that house for our very own school, Faith Academy. Since then, the girls and their babies moved in with the rest of the kids at Prince of Peace Children’s Home, where we now have a full house.
